Arrive at NJP in the morning and transfer to Dzongu. Travel time is approximately 6 to 7 hours. After arriving, check into your homestay and meet your host family. Begin the journey with an introduction to local food traditions before sharing a traditional Himalayan dinner prepared by your hosts. Overnight stay.
Begin the morning by exploring seasonal ingredients commonly used in local households. Join your hosts in preparing traditional dishes while learning about cooking techniques, recipes and the role of food within family life.
